MoverClaim is a document preparation and educational tool for people dealing with possible interstate household-goods moving loss or damage claims. It explains common liability elections, an educational claim-deadline clock, and printable worksheets/letters. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, does not represent you, and does not file claims or negotiate with carriers for you. No attorney-client relationship is created. FMCSA does not pay claims — carriers do (or dispute them). Outcomes depend on your contract, facts, and applicable law.
Tools are built for interstate household-goods contexts. Intrastate (same-state) moves are typically governed by state law and your contract; the helper may refuse those paths and point you to state resources. That refusal is intentional, not a bug.
